When should you arrive?
We
suggest arriving at least 10 minutes early to all scheduled appointments to unwind and prepare for your
service. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time, and you will be charged for the full
service.
Cancellations
As a professional courtesy, we respectfully ask for
a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling single or dual services.
Packages
and multiple services require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
Should you fail to provide any notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full service price on the credit
card being held.
Spa
parties require two (2) weeks cancellation notice to avoid fees equivalent to 100% of the orginally
scheduled services.
A message can be left after hours.
Cell
phones
As a courtesy to all our spa guests, please silence and refrain from using cell phones and pagers
while visiting the spa.
Personal belongings
Our spa provides lockers
to store your personal belongings during your treatment. However, we suggest that valuables be left at
home. Cava Muses Face & Body Spa, L.L.C., is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.
Methods of payment
We accepts cash, personal checks visa, and mastercard. Returned checks will be subject
to a $25 service charge.
Gratuities
Although gratuities
are not required, they are customary (15% - 20%) and greatly appreciated. For your convenience, we provide gratuity envelopes
at the front desk.
Gift certificates
Are available in dollar
increments and on spa services. Gift certificates will be redeemed for the value at which they were purchased and may not
be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates cannot be used toward gratuity unless specifically indicated at
time of purchase. Cava Muses gift certificates are not valid on Cosmetic Injectables or IPL Laser services performed
by A Smoother Image. Cava Muses Face & Body Spa, L.L.C. is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Series
We offer series’ on all our spa services. When you purchase 5 sessions
at regular price, you receive the 6th session FREE. A series must be paid for in advance
and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Children
Although we love little ones,
Cava Muses Face & Body Spa, L.L.C. does not allow children in treatment areas, nor do we provide child supervision.
For these reasons, we respectfully request that you not bring children unless they are scheduled for services.
