Cancellations As a courtesy to our technicians and to better serve our clients, we require 24-hour notice of cancellation for
single or dual appointments, 48 hours notice for packages and multiple services, and 2 weeks notice of cancellation
for spa parties.
We will confirm all appointments 24 hours in advance by phone.
